• Named for the nearby Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Plant

• Approximately 18 feet long

• Shell appears similar to that of a leatherback turtle

• Most likely a member or relative of the pliosaur group of marine reptiles

• Subsists on fish and other small lake creature; not aggressive, but still possibly dangerous
